    Hello!

I just installed Loco Translate and want to translate a plugin with it.

When I go to Loco Translate -> Plugins, there are no plugins shown.

The system says that the plugin is compatible with my WP version.

Any ideas why there are no plugins shown? And why I cant use the Loco Translate plugin…?

    Thanks for your help.

Based on the information provided I can’t say why your plugin list is empty.

Loco uses the standard WordPress functions get_plugins and get_mu_plugins to list plugins, and also caches them in memory using WordPress’s object cache.

So as you’re asking me to guess – either the get_plugins and get_mu_plugins are returning nothing, or there’s something wrong with your object cache. Perhaps some other plugin doing something with it.

I can’t think of any other reason the list could be empty, but to get to the bottom of the issue the only approach is to debug it. If you can’t provide me with steps to reproduce the issue then you’ll have to debug it on your own server. This code is where Loco Translate gets the plugin list from.
