No plugin owners care to post screenshot of the results?

It’s been years since i have come and go from and to the wordpress plugin browser page, to find that 99% of all plugins’ screenshot do not show what the result of what the plugins can do but only show the backends.

Showing the result of what plugin can do would be very helpful for users not to download what they don’t want. Or this is just a marketing strategy to let people download and try it anyway even if they will uninstall them later.
