No Plugin Option on www.remarpro.com hosted site

Hi,

I am new to this and although I use WordPress on a daily basis at work, I have never set my own site up before.

I have got a WordPress site (catherineschofield.com)
I have bought hosting from https://www.bluehost.com
I have installed WordPress through Blue Host with their 1 click installation.

When I log into my WordPress site, there isn’t an option for Plugins on the left hand side. Is there something painfully obvious that I’m missing? Whenever I search for results on google, all I find is people saying that they have WordPress.com hosted sites, rather than .org

If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. Im not the most tech literate person in the world, but I’m trying to learn how to do this for myself!
