No plugin developer support? Anti-spam, admin, etc

Anyone know if there’s a paid version of this plugin that has developer support? Such a cool feature to let people let add answers… but how did the developer not think to include a simple option for admin to yes/no moderate or approve answers? Or how about an anti-spam quiz like Contact form 7 offers, recaptcha, etc. There are no anti-spam measures for adding answers.
It would be good for another developer to fork this plugin and improve it.
