No Playists when Inserting

    WordPress Version: 3.5.2
    JW Player 6 Plugin for WordPress Version: 2.1.1
    Browsers: Chrome v27 and Firefox v22 on Winders XP SP3
    Editor in WP: TinyMCE Advanced Version 3.5.8

    1. Installed and Activated JW6 Plugin.
    2. Created 3 JW Playlists (Media ? JW Player Lists).
    3. Create new post.
    4. Click Add Media button.
    5. Click Insert JW Playlist.

    No playlists showing in dialog.

    Double-Checks:

    1. Selecting Insert Media displays items in Library.
    2. Adding media using the Media Selector results in direct link to media, which plays in browser when clicked.
    3. Went back to JW Playlists: 3 lists showing there, with correct items in each list.
    4. Deactivated TinyMCE Adavanced, retried Insert JW Playlist in the post. Same results – no playlists.

    Moving on…

    UPDATE:

    1. After your assistance, attempted to fix the issue with media not showing-up in the Insert Media from Server panel. After 2 hours of fiddling, no luck. Broke-out the old Ford tools.
    2. Dropped all tables, deleted all WP directories.
    3. Reinstalled WP 3.5.2. Reinstalled JW Player 6.

    Works like a champ!

    No idea what might have been mis-configured, and being a test site, it wasn’t worth running the problem down. Let it be said, it was the JW Player’s fault. I will be reinstalling the other components we were testing; after installing each, we will test JW Player. IF JW Player breaks… will let you know who (what) broke it!

    Dang! Amazing that you re-re-re-read your post, and don’t catch your mistake until just after clicking the Post button. That should say “Let it be said, it was NOT (repeat, NOT) the JW Player’s fault!!!”

    Well! That didn’t take long(tail)!

    As soon as I installed and activated the Magazine Basic theme By c.bavota, Version 3.0.2 – JW Player broke!

    Switching back-and-forth between the Twenty Eleven and Magazine Basic themes, JW Playlist works / doesn’t work, respectively.

    Houston, we have a culprit!

    Ah, thanks for letting us know, it looks like this theme is causing the issue.
