• I have installed the free version of the plugin Maps Builder and have created new map and added 2 pins.

    1. On the backend the pins are shown, but on the frontend when I add a widget with the map, it shows only the map without the pins.

    2. Also in the backend, when I click on Preview Chanages it shows error 404 Oops! That page can’t be found.

    3. When I go to Products on the backend and click on Maps Builder Shortcodes Generator placed as editor button, the pop up opens and is written Choose a Map, but no drop down list is shown to choose from.

    Hi there,

Can you provide me with a link to the front-end map so I can see the problem live?

Regarding #2 and #3 that sounds like a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all plugins besides %plugin_name%. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.

If after deactivating all other plugins it still does not work correctly, then tell us where we can get a copy of your theme to test.

    Thanks!
