No PHP Everywhere block

    I just installed the plugin because I have a page that I need to use some conditional code on and I find out that I have no PHP Everywhere block for the Gutenburg editor as it says I should. I have gone through and disabled all plugins that install blocks and I still don’t have the block available even if I search for it. Help.

    I am running the newest version of WordPress.

    Never mind. I just disabled all plugins then re-enabled and now it works.
