No photo when you hover the mouse

    Good afternoon,
    Can you help me, please?
    I want to have a map on my site, and markers on it. And I want that when you hover the mouse on a marker (not click, just hover), a photo on the marker appears. But on my map you can see the photo only by clicking on the marker.
    What is the problerm?
