No Photo – Delete Space

Hi,

Just wondering is it possible to delete the white space/height above and below a team member name if they have no photo or bio? I have some team members with photos and bios and some with neither and I’d like the gaps shortened for those without?
I’ve tried a number of different things but it won’t work properly across devices.

Any help would be so appreciated.
