Jetpack is most popular plugin and giving contact form but basic number validation is not available.
Visitor can even write abc text in phone number and submit form.

So how to set where user can only insert 10 digit number?

    Pls advice.

    Hi @skumar1st,

I am not sure I got your question correctly.

You’re asking if there’s a way to force the phone field in the contact form to include only numbers and not letters, and/or just a maximum of 10 digits for each phone field entry?

I tested the form, and I can confirm that you can put letters and more than 10 digits (either numbers or letter) in the phone field, and the form delivers.

Let me know if I understood your request well, and I’ll check that for you. Thanks!

    Really thanks for quick reply.
    Phone field should only number.

I tried only 8 numbers and send, form delivers.

I insert name in phone and send, form delviers.

    Hi @skumar1st

Right now the Jetpack Contact Form’s phone field doesn’t have the validation that you are requesting.

I have created a feature request for this to be added to Jetpack, but there is no timeline for when it might be completed.
