No Phone Support

We’ve had the plugin for a couple of years now with no issues until now. The forms for some reason are not loading and we have an event in 3 days in which we need to download the submissions report to an excel document. This is the only plugin on our site that’s not loading, all other plugins are loading fully just fine. This would be a good time when phone support is needed instead of live chat that only advises you to send an email to their support in which I’ve sent about 3-5 and then live support tells me they are in a meeting? This has made us rethink our subscription and to look to another plugin that offers phone support.
