    Hello,

    We are getting a “No pets available at this time” message on our pages. We updated the plug-in a few months ago and have tried various options of the shortcode, ruled out conflicting plug-ins, confirmed with PF the API key is working and have tested with default themes like twentytwenty. Nothing seems to work.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • The plugin author is usually pretty quick to respond, but have you switched on debug mode in the plugin settings? Doing so will give more details on any errors.

    Thanks for helping out Wayne @abbimedia ??

    @sabre2 can you send me your petfinder ID and I’ll test it out?

    Hi @sabre2 – it looks like you have one dog named Poppy listed on Petfinder, but it is not being returned with the API call. Did you do the following?

    1. Log into Petfinder and go to Settings -> Account.

    2. Under “Pet List Data Sharing” toggle on “Opted In” and check both checkboxes below “Share with:”

    It looks like Petfinder changed where this setting is and I need to update an FAQ on the plugin page.

    That worked. Thank you so much!

    I am having the same issue and I do not find the settings that you are referring to. Can you help?

    Hi @tazcrzy – can you send me your Petfinder ID and I’ll test to see if it works?

    Are you logged into Petfinder with the main Petfinder user account? If you can’t find these settings when logged into https://www.petfinder.com/, I don’t think you are logging into Petfinder with the main shelter account:

    1. Log into https://www.petfinder.com/ and go to Settings -> Account.

    2. Under “Pet List Data Sharing” toggle on “Opted In” and check both checkboxes below “Share with:”

    I figured it out. But I am having sytling issues. I am trying to use this code: div.dog .images{
    float: none;
    margin-right: 0;
    }
    To style the returned information in my Custom CSS and it is not working. Thoughts?
