no petitions listed in table body

First of all, thank you for creating this plugin. It’s great!
I need some help with a bug though. After migrating the site from development to the live site, the petitions no longer appears in the table body under “All Petitions” in WP admin area. The form still exists because I can see it here:

I just can’t get in to edit it. I appreciate any help. Thank you!
