    Hi there!

As I were told, I am opening a new thread now for my issues.

After updating from version 2.1.5 to 2.1.9 I am also not able to open any event. When clicking on an event, I am getting the message that I am “not having sufficient permissions to access this page”…

I had to downgrade back to 2.1.5 and now I can open the events again.

    The second issue:
Since I added today new events for 2015, I have problems with subscribing the feeds to my Google Calendar.

I just could add the events by importing a ICS – file…
But this means, the events won’t update automatically in my Google Calendar…

How can I / we fix this?!

    Thanks in regards!
    Chipy

  • regarding import, do you have an error when you add the feed or when you refresh it?
    In both cases can you:
    1) install firebug
    2) go to calendar feeds page
    3) open firebug
    4) add a feed or refresh it
    5) open the response table of the AJAX call as shown here? https://take.ms/nGchi

    Hey Nicola!

No, I mean I cannot import any events to my Google Calendar – nor in the desktop version nor on my Android…

I mean the option you can choose via:
    https://www.jz-oz.de/wp-content/uploads/Cal_export.png

When I used it the last time (in October), it worked like a charm…
Now nothing happens, when I use the “Add to Google” option…

Nicola, the link to export events from the All-in-One-Calendar to a Google Calendar is: https://www.jz-oz.de/?plugin=all-in-one-event-calendar&controller=ai1ec_exporter_controller&action=export_events

But it does not work at all! ??

Hi, what error do you see?Because i tried adding your link to google and it works https://take.ms/w5BQo

    Hey Nicola!

I don’t know why and how, but now it suddenly works fine.
Last night I went already crazy because of this!
It didn’t matter how many times I chose the “Subscribe to Google”, it simply didn’t work at all.

May it be, because I checked at first – by mistake – hide from feed and restricted the user level? Actually, when I realized it, I unchecked both options. Does it take some time to actualize?!

So, problem #1 is solved. Thanks, Nicola!

Anyway: Problem #2 is still unsolved.
After updating from version 2.1.5 to 2.1.9 I am not able to open any event. When clicking on an event, I am getting the message that I am “not having sufficient permissions to access this page”…

I had to downgrade back to 2.1.5.

Is there already a solution for this?!

    Thanks in advance!

So you go to “All Events” page and try to edit an event and get that message? What if you try to add a new event?

    Hi Nicola!

    OK, finally resolved it!

The problem that I couldn’t access to event detail page, was in the permalinks.

I added the German language files, which changed the permalink /event/… to /Veranstaltung/…. So all the events were saved under /event/…, but I wanted to access them via /Veranstaltungen/….

Anyway: After going to WP – Settings → Permalinks and changing there to standard and back to my option /%postname%/ everything is fine again.

So I mark this topic as resolved.

Don’t know why I had this troubles some days ago… :/
Anyway: Thank you very much, Nicola!!!

    Kind regards,
    Chipy
