Hi @jonathanc1,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here!
Out of curiosity, do you happen to have reports set to be disabled? To check this, please log into your WordPress admin and then navigate to Insights ? Settings ? Advanced and scroll down the find the Reports section. Here’s how it’ll look like: https://a.supportally.com/i/JTVYkV
If the reports are set to be Disabled here, then enabling them will allow you to view reports moving forward.
Though, if you’re not able to access the Insights ? Settings page of MonsterInsights at all, then it’s likely your WordPress user role does not have the appropriate permissions to view reports or settings.
In that case, would you be able to reach out to the administrator of your WordPress site and have them adjust the settings at Insights ? Settings ? Advanced ? Permissions to allow you to view reports? Here’s a guide they can follow: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/how-to-allow-user-roles-to-access-the-monsterinsights-reports-and-settings/
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.
Thanks!
