I’m sorry to hear this. I can’t recreate your issue myself so I’ll need to know some more details about this. In particular, at what stage does this error occur? Do you select the profile from the drop-down, click “Change profile” and then it appears? When the permissions error appears what is the URL in your browser bar?

    yes

Hi Im also unable to open the profile or settings for same thing as above. I have full permission as its my site.
Also, after updating, ALL our YouTube videos are 1-2 inches lower, causing a spacing problem.
    PLEASE ADVISE!!!

Your problem and this one are similar but not the same.

Ok, I have no idea why this should be happening as all I have done is remove a few lines of referencing the redundant API. The profiles screen has NOT changed as part of this.

Have you tried installing the previous version to see if this fixes it? Don’t forget you’ll need to turn off the API option in the Options screen.

Found it! It would appear that one of the files has become corrupt between 3.3 and 3.3.1 – this wasn’t a file I’ve changed in the recent release but got uploaded with the rest of the code.

It’s late and I’m tired, so if I try and fix this now I may just make it a lot worse. I’ll fix this in the morning.

    Meantime – re-install 3.3 and await 3.3.2!

Grovelling apologies for this – I didn’t spot it because in testing I only uploaded the files I’d changed, hence the corruption was missed. In future I’ll always do a final test of uploading the entire code.

Ok, 3.3.2 is now out – please give it a go and let me know if this now works for you.

That worked, but I had to flush the browser cache first, thank you!
