    Hello @jovmbbuzz

From the screenshot, I can tell that the plugin in question is MemberPress. This is a different plugin unless that user that you are trying to edit was created by our plugin.

    Hi Waseem,

Yes, the plugin is MemberPress. But then the user that I am trying to edit was not created using the controlled admin access plugin.

Is there a way to give permission to edit the user?

    Thanks.

    hello @jovmbbuzz
If you deactivate Controlled Admin Access, will you be able to edit that user?

    Hi @waseem_senjer

Yes, I was able to edit the user when the plugin is deactivated.

If the logged-in user was created by the plugin, then that’s correct. The users created by the plugin can not edit other users profile. The goal behind this is to not allow the user to edit the admin user\s or change his own password or roles.
