No permalinks within the Media Library

    I just installed a fresh WordPress 3.5.1 for testing purposes and I am facing an issue I cannot understand. No problem with the posts and pages, but for the media, I don’t have any permalink (I cannot edit or anything), but only something like: Permalink: https://localhost/?attachment_id=4.

    Why is that? Why do I have it everywhere but in the Media Library?
