No Pending > In-Progress transition

    Hello,

    I am experiencing an issue which prevents email status to go from Pending to In-Progress.

    Everything seems to be fine, cart tracking is enabled and it does tag recoverable carts and abandoned carts. After that it creates an email for each recoverable cart under the “Recoverable carts” tab, but it never goes from Pending to In-Progress. Wait period is set to 15 minutes, but nothing happens after that period has passed.

    As for the automated email configuration, it is as follows:
    Start when > Cart Abandoned
    Then > Send Email (Delay: Immediately)
    The email is toggled to LIVE.
    If you send test emails it works just fine.

    Running on WordPress 5.4.1 and WooCommerce 4.1.0.

    I understand the query. The cart is capturing but automation is not running on the captured cart.

    There may be a chance you are using a security plugin, so blocking the call execution. If you know can you disable it and test once.

    If unable to make it work. Kindly create a ticket at https://buildwoofunnels.com/support and detail the information there.
    So that we can check and resolve the issue.
