no pdfs displaying when trying to attach

  • When I click the link to attach a pdf to an email action, no pdfs are displayed in the media list even though there are many of them uploaded to the site.

    I used the troubleshooter with only WooCommerce and ShopMagic running on Twenty-twenty-two theme with the same results.

    I can confirm that in some cases this issue occurs. We’ll try to fix in next plugin update, which is planned for next week.

    Hi @scopieg!

    We are patching this bug, but in meantime you can make use of workaround: if you open dialog to attach PDF attachment and switch back and forth between “Upload files” and “Media library” tab. Then any of your pdfs should appear.
