• I get a Failed – No file on the downloads. All looks normal, just the actual pdf file is getting created. I checked the uploads folder, where the link is pointing to but no such a file.

    Please help.
    Thank you

I actually have figured out that the free plugin did not have the additional elements to work. So I purchased the bundle and it works beautifully.

    Thank you

    Hello WordPressorpublic

Could you please explain the elements you needed to add?

    Thanks

Same issue myself. Everything is set up, however when I click the link to download the pdf in the dashboard Chrome spits back with “Failed – No file”.

What “elements” are you referring to?

@gravity2pdf what is the resolution\workaround to this issue?

Hi guys. I was referring to the additional files that come with the upgrade. So I removed the free version, and once I installed the paid it was working ok. The free somehow did not create save to server folder part, so it was nothing in the folder when I was looking at sftp.
    I hope that helps.
