• I have setting the attached pdf invoice with a completed order, but the invoice is not generated after i change the status order.
    Then the email with the invoice is not sent to the customer and administrator
    What is the problem?

    Does the email got sent, just without the Invoice, or no email is sent?

    I use woocommerce subscription. At the first registration the invoice is correctly sent. At the first automatic renewal, the email is sent but without the attached invoice. I use stripe for payments

    I’m sorry, I found that the order completed email does not actually arrive. The subscriptions step emails normally arrive but the completed order email (where I attached the invoice) does not arrive.

    If not email is sent you need to discover where the issue is because our plugin only attaches the PDF document to the standard email. You can try using this plugin, or other similar, to see if you can find anything.
