No PDF attached to Email

    Hi,

    I have an issue that suddenly occurred and I really have trouble analysing it. The automatic outgoing email (Order Complete) has no longer an pdf invoice attached. But the pdf was actually created I can see that in the order list.

    When I use the order action Email Invoice. An Email is send including the pdf attachment… the only error that I can see in the woocommerce status log is:

    But I dont know if thats related…

    Any Idea what that could be or how to narrow it down?

    Thanks for sending the error log, from what we can see there, the issue seems to be related to this plugin wp-mail-logging. I recommend that you contact the developers of the plugin and ask them the question.

    Sure that is what I thought, but how can I debug the plugin and find out why its not attaching the pdf if there is no error…..

    Hi @dermaggoi,

    Please follow these steps to find out if the issue occurs before the message is sent:

    1. Install and activate the WP Mail Logging by MailPoet plugin
    2. Open an existent order, find the Send order email panel, on the right side, select Complete order and click on Save order and send email:

    3. Then go to Tools > WP Mail Log, find your last email, and check if there are files in the Attachments column, and/or any notice on the Error column:
