No PayPal Transaction IDs

Hi,
Since woo 3, I’m no longer getting PayPal transaction IDs with my orders which means I can no longer process refunds from within my site.
I’m using Woos PayPal Pro Hosted (everything is up to date) as my gateway and payments are coming through OK.
In Order Notes it’s showing ‘IPN payment completed. Payment captured.’
wc-log file is showing the TXN_id is captured OK, but no transaction ID on the order page.
This may be irrelevant, but interestingly, when I view the order on PayPals site the customer name is now missing when it didn’t used to be.

Any ideas?
