No Paypal button on checkout page

    Hello,

    A customer has reported to me that she does not see the Paypal order button when she selects payment by Paypal (checkout page)
    I checked on my iphone (Safari browser), and the payment button appeared fine…

    But as she told me to use a fairly old smartphone, I took mine out to check… and, indeed, the Paypal payment button does not appear either (it is the standard payment button woocommerce which remains visible as you can see here : https://i.imgur.com/OqudNIe.png)…

    Thus preventing any payment via Paypal with this type of device (?) or browser (chrome mobile?)

    Is it possible to correct this? (my audience is rather old, with potentially old devices…).

    Hi @gilles24

    Can you provide the following:

    1. The device type you tested with including make and model.
    2. The browser type and version that you tested with.

    That information will give us a better idea of what limitations these older devices have.

    It’s a samsung Galaxy (model GT-S7560) – Android version 4.0.4
    Chrome Browser 42.0.2311.111 (with message: “Chrome updates are no longer available with this version of Android”…)
