No payment received after successful payment

  • I’m using paypal to process payments. After user registers and posts a payment they get back to a page that says no payment received. I tried everything there is:
    ipn is enabled on paypal.
    which url to point it though? i tried my domain, registration page, notify page. none work. perhaps to registration-page/?
    i tried both get and post methods. same thing. payments do not show in plugin or on confirmation page.
    i tried auto return in paypal. on and off.
    i double checked my plugin settings.
    i have {EVRREGIS} on registraion page
    i have [EVR_PAYMENT] on notify page

    for the love of god someone please help me make paypal post payments to the plugin.

    Is your registration page public? The paypal IPN returns to your registration page to post the payment to your system. If your registration page is password or private, i.e. members only, then the plugin cannot post the payment.
