I have a website within a multisite. Woocommerce and Mollie are installed. The multisite operates different domains, so lets say domainA.com, DomainB.com etc. So its not a subfolder/subdomain. On my url i do get connected to mollie in the backend, but the payment methods are unavailable except for SEPA-incasso. I tried to refresh and update the tokens, uninstalled and installed mollie again, but without any success. Any ideas how to get it working?

    Plugin Support Femi

    Hello there

Apologies for getting back to you just now! While the community support forum hasn’t been actively maintained recently, you can always count on direct assistance from the dedicated Mollie support team to address any questions or suggestions about the Mollie Payments for WooCommerce plugin.

We appreciate the community’s efforts in discussing issues. However, we understand there is confusion regarding the support for the Mollie plugin. The “Contact Support” button in the Mollie plugin settings leads you directly to the responsible support team.

For clarity, our team actively monitors GitHub and diligently addresses reported issues. Several recent issue reports have been successfully resolved, demonstrating our commitment to continuously improving the Mollie plugin experience.

Regarding the reported issue, a common solution to payment method listing issues is to clear specific Mollie data in your site’s database, like the Mollie transients. This can be achieved with a plugin like Transients Manager or by deleting all _transient_mollie% entries in the wp_options table. The “Refresh” button on the Mollie settings page may not be able to properly clear the transients under certain circumstances, such as certain object cache configurations.

But for any additional questions or problems, we recommend contacting Mollie Tech Support directly for personalized assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards,
    Femi
