Looking at the System Status, I see that you use Payment Gateways per Products for WooCommerce which seems to show a particular payment method based on the product. By any chance, does this plugin settings have anything to do with the current issue?

If not, I’d recommend running a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict. Here’s how to do a conflict test:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Solved the problem by reassigning the product to a different category. There seems to be an issue with WooCommerce when using several categories and sub categories.
