No payment gateways?

I’ve just downloaded and installed the free version of the plugin. Following what looks to be excellent documentation on the website, I began the setup process, added organization info and updated the page options under general settings. So far set up seems remarkably easy.

However, when attempting to add a payment gateway I was surprised to see not a single gateway listed. Only the message: Need more payment options? Upgrade Now! with a link back to the non-free, Pro version of the plugin.

From the documentation it seems clear that the lite version of the plugin should allow for Paypal integration. I wonder if there’s something I missed in the setup process, or if the lack of payment gateway options is the result of a plugin conflict. (I’m currently using the shopping cart plugin WP eStore to manage my shop. Events are but one of the products I sell.)

Any insight you can offer would be appreciated.
