No payment gateway available

    Hi

    I’m new to LifterLMS and activated the free version on a dev-site.

    I have created a demo-course and now want to apply creditcard-checkout via stripe or paypal, but cannot find the relevant options.

    In the introduction-paragraph of this plugin-promotion page, it says:

    “Complete Ecommerce Platform: Built-in Gateway Integration for Stripe and PayPal With Memberships and Subscriptions Including Single or Group Enrollment”

    If these options are not included with the free version, at least the payment-gateways, it looks a bit fishy to me.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The free LifterLMS plugin doesn’t have an option for paid subscriptions, unfortunately. You can have free courses and memberships with the free plugin. But for paid programs, you’ll want to check out a LifterLMS payment gateway like Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net, or the LifterLMS + WooCommerce extension.

    The free plugin does include?a free Manual Payment Gateway?if a user pays outside LifterLMS via check, bank transfer, etc.

    So with the free LifterLMS plugin you only can add Manual Payment option. To enable manual payment option, you can follow the below steps:

    Navigate to your WordPress dashboard > LifterLMS > Settings > “Checkout” tab > Scroll down a bit > Then you will get the “Manual” Payment option > Click on that > Enable Manual payment.
