  • @aashishbudjade if you read my reply, about 6 months ago they did an update and it unchecked the HTML option for sending emails. This is why it is not working anymore. Changing the setting will fix it for you. At least this was the problem for most of the people in this thread.

    Funny, the email I received before the notification for this one was from a member who received an email without the link. It’s been an issue for a while. I did read this thread a while back and think I went in to check the setting and it was checked, but can’t remember for sure. Where do I find it on WordPress to make sure?

    @southernstyleal1 It is in the settings for mail in ultimate members. This portal does not allow screenshots so I have nothing else to show.

    Got it, I was looking under WordPress settings. That seems to have fixed it. Thank you so much.

    @southernstyleal1 happy to help ??

    @kindly trive support thanks a lot. But still i am not able to figure out where are the settings you have refereed. Can you please send the path.

    Regards,

    Aashish

    Same issue here too.

    Checking the ‘Use HTML for E-mails?’ checkbox on Ultimate Member > Settings > Email fixed it for me.

    My password reset page isn’t send emails at all. I’ve tried multiple email addresses, checked that the correct shortcode is on the reset page, the form itself looks good and when I submit an email, it says that it’s sent a reset link, but nothing comes through. I turned the “send as HTML” option on and off—to no avail.

    Hi,

    I need to reset the pw & when I get a response, there is no url provided:

    “Someone has requested a password reset for the following account: Site Name: xxx.com Username: xxx If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address: ”

    Please help.
