no parent post found

When you save a post it looks for any recipes inside and associate itself as being the parent.

What do you see inside of those posts when you edit them? Is the WPRM recipe there?

Have all the recipes been imported or is it possible the one used in the post hasn’t actually been imported yet?

Could it have something to do with the fact that we have the Buy Me A Pie Recipe Schema Markup plugin installed?

From what I’m seeing in the source code of that page, that recipe card does seem to be part of that “Buy Me A Pie Recipe Schema Markup plugin”. We do not have an importer for that plugin, so we cannot automatically replace these recipe cards either.

If they were in ZipList format before, we do find those recipes and can import them (but they might be older versions then?). You could manually add them to the post to replace the other recipe card by using the “Insert Existing Recipe” option: https://help.bootstrapped.ventures/article/67-creating-a-recipe

I’ve tried deactivating the Buy Me a Pie plugin, but the recipes don’t revert to ZipList/Recipe Card.

WPRM can see the recipes and has listed them, so I think I’m going to have to copy & paste them one by one! ??
