No paragraphs (wall of text)

  • There is an issue in which my well formatted response to a client review has all the formatting (carriage returns/paragraphs) stripped away when submitted and the response shows up as single block, difficult to read wall of text.

    Am I missing something here?
    Is there a setting regarding behavior?
    Is there a formatting tool or keyboard shortcut that forces the web form to respect basic sentence structure and paragraph formatting?
