No pagination on 5.4

  • Tried this plugin on the 5.4 version of WordPress, no luck.
    I have 4 posts pages in one category that I wanted to paginate.
    Does not work with the pages=2 setting, not with the words=99 setting,
    also not with the <!–nextpage–> “quick tag”.
