• I have installed WP super cache with exactly the same settings on nayavita.com and nayavita.com/yoga. It works fine on the latter but on nayavita.com:
    – the drop down menu option “preload ALL posts” is missing
    – no email gets sent when the cache should start preloading
    – no pages are cached

I tried uninstalling, resaving etc but nothing helps. At most two pages got cached but no email and no option to select what pages to cache.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have now got the email notification to work, but ‘preload ALL posts’ still not showing and only 1 or 2 random pages are caching out of the whole web.

I don’t know why this isn’t working. Did you enable the debug log? Did that reveal anything else about why it’s failing?

I have enabled it but have been having problem accessing it. The link keeps getting 404 error so currently addressing with the hosting provider and will revert back here once that is fixed.

Meanwhile, the option ‘preload ALL posts’ appeared on the page, but only some random pages pre-load and only in the default language and never in any other languages (my site is multilingual / using WPML).

I will get back here once the debug info is available.

Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t support preloading WPML pages. You should remove the search bots from “Rejected User Agents” so bots visiting your site will cache more pages.

    Hi,

According to WPML it does. They also checked and apparently it is caching non-default language pages.

The problem I have is that I cannot access the debug info, because I am getting 404 error:

    Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Host checked the server and apparently it is a plugin issue.
