no pages created

hi, i run the installation wizard and in the part that asks “Do you want to create the Membership Pages automatically ?” i clicked yes and then it said “Membership Pages created successfully !” i finished the wizard, went to pages and there were no any pages created, i tried the wizard several times and it didnt work

can you give me the shortcodes for all the pages that were supposed to be created?
