No page template selection option available

Hi,

I’m really sorry for lame-like post but I really can not find any option to select template for new page. I read in documentation and forum there should be list of available page templates I can select for new page, but there isn’t any such option in my WP installation.
Here are screenshots presenting complete page of “Write Page” section in WP:

Is there something wrong with my WP installation?
May be I should use WP default theme (I mean main WP theme, not dashboard theme)?
