No orders being tracked

    Hi,

    The plugin seems to register visits but not sales. I’ve had 3 now and it’s not been recorded.

    I have the Google Analytics plugin active on the site, as well as your own – could this be why?

    I have visits registering correctly, except for the 0% dropout rate.But there are now no conversions, it originally ommitted the guest checkouts. But the shopping behaviour has turned off now as well and the google analytics plugin wont let me select enhanced ecommerce. it does let me select it but it wont stay selected after I save settings.

    We did a quick look of your store & found that you are using the child theme & we have clearly mentioned in the description of our plugin that the free version of our plugin is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    I’ve reverted off the child theme but no sales are being recorded still. Could something major be wrong here?
