    Hi there, we have a problem with WooCommerce Analytics. When I navigate to August 13–16, there’s no data. However, we have sales on those dates.

    Hello @adchiefio,

    Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce Support.

    Just to verify, is it not showing the data for only August 13–16 or previous months as well?

    Can you try to import “Import Historical Data” from WP Admin → Analytics → Settings?

    Also try going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear. Then try rerunning the report.

    If it’s still not working, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if there are any stuck processes preventing the updated information from importing.

    Hi Rajesh, 

    Thank you! I’ve already found out the root cause of the issue. We have a MailChimp plugin installed on the site that creates an action scheduler. This is the reason why the import historical data is stuck as well.
