Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

Please ensure that your Stripe webhooks have been set up to ensure that Stripe can notify your site of a successful payment, and Paid Memberships Pro can create an order and assign a membership level to the user.

You can do this by navigating to Memberships > Settings > Payment Gateway and clicking on the Create (or Rebuild) Webhook button.

    Kind Regards,

    hi,

thank you for reply, webhook is okay ??

My problem is : when user go to stripe checkout and then doesn’t pay, i recieve a membership order “status=token”. Is there a way to create orders only after sucessful payment?

    Thanks

Please confirm if your webhook has been rebuilt? The vast majority of the time when an order is left in a token state, your webhooks are not communicating with your site as expected as Stripe cannot notify your site of a successful payment.

Thank you for your feedback. Your webhook URL (https://club.tunylink.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=stripe_webhook) is not publically accessible – Stripe cannot communicate with your site to notify it of a successful payment.

I’m getting a 403 “The server can not find the requested resource. In the browser, this means the URL is not recognized.” error when trying to visit the link directly.

If you have any security plugins enabled that protect either the wp-admin or admin-ajax.php files please turn this protection off.

Alternatively, please reach out to your hosting company or CDN partner/provider (if you are using one) to see if they can assist with turning off the restrictions on this URL.

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd
