No Order Found

I have been searching for a plug-in like this for quite a while! The additional fields are fantastic, as I am using it for registration forms.
However, when I try to complete a sale to test it, every time I check out, after I select my payment type, I get the message “No Order Found”. I thought maybe Paypal wasn’t configured correctly, so just to narrow it down I only activated the “pay on delivery” option. (what could go wrong with that, right?) Still getting the same message.
Has anyone else run into this, or no how to remedy the situation?
