  • I have that same problem. Any help? All I did was delete the old orders that were in the orders section in my WP dashboard. That too says “no orders found”.

    I figured it out. If you check your store in another browser like firefox or chrome or internet explorer and you can see your ‘order info’ then it would just be that your browser Cache needs to be emptied/deleted/cleared.

    Hello.
    So, you saw “No orders found”, then updated plugin version – saw same result, and then cleared cache – and it started work correctly?
    If so – this is very strange situation, please tell me that steps above is correct – and I will add this to our FAQ as you recomended. Thank for investigation!
