    Hi,
    Woocommerce App is not showing order details but there are still notifications. It was working fine previsouly.

    Any suggestions?

    Could you please ensure that you’re using the latest version of the WooCommerce Mobile app?

    If you are, could you please share with me the version number of your app, as well as the System Status Report on your site. You can find the System Status Report via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Do I paste the “System report” here? There are alot of sensitive information.

    Some of that info is pretty important for us to be able to help troubleshoot certain issues but you can use the app to submit a ticket to our support team privately by going to the Settings in the app and tapping on Help & Support, followed by Contact Support.

    Seems like there is a bug with this version of Woo Mobile App. I have tested the next yet to be release and it works well.

    I’m glad the beta version works better. If you’re willing to pursue this further, kindly raise a support ticket from the mobile app so we can completely understand what the issue is
