No Order Data At All Pulling Through

  • Hi,

    I’m currently working on a site using your PDF plugin. I have an error where the PDF Invoice is being generated and saving but there is no order data at all. It is a blank sheet with lines. There is no prices, address, billing information, etc. However, the logo is pulling through which was set using the plugin.

    After trying to debug, there also appears to be no error output from the plugin.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    This sounds like either there’s an issue with the fonts, which you can test easily by reinstalling them via the Status tab of the PDF invoice settings, or a version mismatch in PHP libraries installed on your site. The latter is more difficult to fix, more information here:

    Which PHP version does your site currently have? You can see this under WooCommerce > Status. Does your host let you switch PHP versions easily? This may help in finding a configuration that works or just simply reset/reinstall the PHP libraries…
