No order created in Woocommerce

    Hi,

    I have a problem, when order is created in Klarna no order creates in Woocommerce. So, we have orders in Klarna but not in Woocommerce. Has Klarna order management and Klarna Checkout. What could I have done wrong?

    Hi @kallepe

    I can see a couple of things that are going wrong here. First of all the push that Klarna sends back is getting a 403 error from your server. You might need to contact your server provider about this. The URL trying to be reached is: https://loccstore.se/wc-api/KCO_WC_Push/

    Also regarding the other error of the order not being placed right away, this is something we would need to debug. Could you send a supoort ticket to [email protected] and we can take a look at this.

    I also placed an order nr 4105. This order can be canceled, as this was placed trying to trigger an error.
