No or little JavaScript on my site

Hi,

I am running an Community-site, with WP and BuddyPress.
For a couple of days ago, I upgraded to 3.0.

The problem is that some of the Javascript isn`t working!
– The search function works, but the drop-down containing live search results, are gone.

<strong>1.</strong> Connect with Facebook button is gone.

<strong>2.</strong> Thickbox is gone.

<strong>3.</strong> The rating-stars are not following the mouse-over.

<strong>4.</strong> When I make a new post, sometimes the editor is just showing HTML-code. (Yes, I have checked the “Visual” tab..)

<strong>5.</strong> The “like”-button in BuddyPress Activity isn`t working.

Does anybody know or had the same issues?
