No Options to Customize the Template

    When I go to Login Designer in the Customize section I’m unable to do anything except select one of three templates. The screen to the right shows only my Home page but doesn’t show the template and offers no option to customize anything.

    I’ve used this plugin in the past on websites I’ve developed without any problem. I’m not sure why I’m unable to customize it now. I did try deactivating all my plugins and clearing the cache.

  • Hey Rose, what version of WordPress are you running? And if you temporarily switch to another theme, perhaps TwentyNineteen, does it still do this?

    Hi Rich,

    Yes, I’m still unable to customize the login screen when switching to 2019. I’m using the latest WordPress version 5.2.3.

    The theme I’m using is Astra in case you need to know that info.

    Hey Rose, that’s super strange. Are you running any security-type plug-ins? And do you still see the issue with WordPress 5.3 and the latest Login Designer release?

    Hey @rosefields, just following up here again. I tested Astra on my end and was unable to replicate the issue. I’m wondering if you may have a security-type plugin activated, which could be stopping the Login Designer customizer view from showing up properly.

    I’d appreciate any further insights you have. Thanks!
