No options appear in the query section

    Hi,

    I have tried to create a new entry in the plugin but the query options appear empty and the menu does not work, when I click on any of the options nothing happens, neither does it access them nor does it display content.

    I have tried filtering with other plugins that are similar in appearance and they do work, but I would like to use this open source one with more possibilities. Thank you very much.

    Hi!

    We do not quite understand the reason for using our plugin. Are post types not displayed in your list? You are providing us with someone else’s plugin to which we have no relation. Please clarify your issue in more detail.

    There may be a issues with plugin conflicts. This looks like a scripting issue on your site.

    Hi.

    Sorry if the message was not clear.
    Post types are not displayed in the query list, and when I click on the rest of the menu options nothing happens.

    In the video I just wanted to show the problem that appears in my WordPress when using the plugin, and then how with another similar one the post types do appear, the latter just in case it can help solve the problem in the Filter & Grids plugin.

    It is very difficult for us to determine your issues on the site right now. Most likely the issue is in the conflict of javascripts. Disable other plugins and check again. Use console log tools to track such errors.

    I found the problem, there was a conflict between plugins, indeed, as you said. It was a plugin created by us that generated the conflict. Thank you very much for your attention and for your great plugin. ^_^
