No option to upload/replace logo

Hello, I’m trying to insert a logo image into the logo block but there appears to be no actual option in the floating menu to do so. Just a blank white square.
I have a fresh install of WordPress and the issue persists on latest version of all twenty twenty two/three/four themes. Tried disabling all plugins but no luck.

If you click on it (using the list view or directly on the element), do you see the option to add the media on the block?
