No option to upgrade to latest version

Warning: This plugin has not been marked as compatible with your version of WordPress.

Although I am still on WordPress version 4.9.13, the option to update Woocommerce to the latest version has always been there in plugin screen. Also…the compatibility list (where Woocommerce lists all plugins not verified to run with current version) is missing too.

Is this because my WordPress version is outdated?
